Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chia seeds, maple syrup, and coconut milk. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and stir again for a minute. Pour equally into 4 meal prep containers. Chop strawberries separately and put 60g into 4 baggies (If you add to them now it will turn to a weird consistency when it sits, so I just leave them out separately and add when I am ready to eat). Top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy! On top of the nutrition, there is 9.1g fiber per container. Make sure to have a protein source on the side ;)
