Instructions
Step 1
Toast sesame seeds in small frying pan over medium heat. Shake the pan back and forth as the seeds are toasting. After about 5 minutes, they should be lightly browned.
Step 2
Grind sesame seeds in a spice grinder or mortar & pestle till they are powder.
Step 3
Combine all the spices in a small bowl and stir till nothing is clumping.
Step 4
Transfer to a jar with airtight lid, will keep for up to a year.
