Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven with a rack in the middle to 450. Combine 240g flour, baking powder and 1/2 of the salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Tare a bowl and add 170g of the flour mixture. Tare again to add about 215g of cold buttermilk. Then grate butter and add to mix. Add remaining salt and combine.
Step 3
Scoop using 1/2 cup scooper onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with the milk. Bake for 10 mins or until bottoms are crisp, brown and bubbling. Serve w sausage gravy!
