Rice with Pork sauce

White rice and pork sauce. This is a simple meal, can also be a prep meal. The timings are estimated. I just made this, my hands and eyes made the magic, so do try and let me know your thoughts.🥰

Instructions
Step 1
Put your frozen rice in a pan, closed and on low heat
Make sure to be checking on your pork. Turn it so both sides are being cooked evenly and doesnt turn tooo brown. You want it juicy not dry
Step 2
Put your marinated pork in aluminium foil and pop it inside your preheated oven,
Step 3
Cut your pepper, Scotch bonnet and onion. Put it aluminium foil. Sprinkle oil over it and close it. Put it in the oven aswell.
Add just a little water and some oil to it. If you like add rosemary to it. Then blend all together.
Step 4
When you notice the pepper,onion and Scotch bonnet are soft. Take it out and blend it all together.
Step 5

Chop 2 or 3 onion into large diced. Your choice red purple or brown onion. Put it aside.
Save the liquid from the pork as you'll use it for the sauce.
Step 6
Your pork should be ready now. Take it out. Cut it into your desired shape. It should be soft and juicy 😋. Put it aside.
Step 7
Pour oil into your pan. When its hot, add your tomato puree into it. Keep mixing tilits fully mixed together.
Step 8
Add your onion into it and stir it, Cover it for 2 to 3 mins
Step 9
Add your blended mix into it and stir it all together.
Add some salt, grounded nutmeg and your desired seasoning, along with the liquid from the pork,

Cover the sauce for about 20 mins. Stir it once in a while to mix it will. i
Add bay leaves toit. To do its unknown magic.
Step 11
Add your pork into the sauce and mix. Taste, needed add some more seasoning. Cover and leave it for another 15 to 20 mins est.

Serve your rice and sauce and enjoy the magic😋😋
