Instructions

Step 1
Prep: Chill bowl/beaters in the freezer.
Step 2
Bloom & Melt: Mix gelatin and water; let stand 5 minutes, then microwave for 10-15 seconds until melted and translucent.
Step 3
Whip: Beat heavy cream, cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
4. Finish: Beat in the gelatin mixture on low speed until smooth. Pipe or spoon into dishes and chill for at least 1 hour
