Instructions
For The Rolls
Step 1
• Your first step is to *WASH* and chop up your fresh fruit. Slice up your choice of fruits into small pieces so they fit, I recommend making some "rods" of apples / melon for a base layer to help hold the roll's shape.
Step 2
• While chopping these up, you should use the time to heat up some water to later soften the rice paper. NOT boiling, just warm. If it does end up boiling, just mix it with some cold water as well to slightly even out the temperature.
• Pour your water into a rimmed dish that will fit your size of rice paper, and let the sheet bathe until moldable. Once softened, place on a clean countertop to begin adding your fruit.
Step 3
• Lay the rods of fruit I mentioned previously (if available) flat to the diameter of your softened rice paper sheet. Then, start adding your other fruit on top and try to keep this rod-like shape along the diameter.
• Fold the rice paper over your fruit like you're bundling it, keeping the edges tight to your fruit, if not wrapped tightly enough, the rice paper may have a more noticeable chewy texture standing out.
For The Yogurt Dip
Step 4
• Carefully pour your desired amount of yogurt into a side bowl.
Step 5
• Defrost your frozen berries in the microwave in intervals of 15 seconds until they give a little bit of juice, you will add this juice into the greek yogurt and mix until combined!
