Instructions

Step 1
Place gingernuts in patty tins and put in oven for 10 minutes, or until soft. Remove from oven and press softened biscuits into rounded tin shape. Leave to cool. Fill depression in biscuits with mixture of whipped cream and crushed pineapple.
