2eggs
1 coil
1 tvanilla essence
1 cWholemeal Flour
2 tcinnamon
2 tMixed Spice
1 csugar
1 tsalt
1 tbaking soda
Cream Cheese Icing:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix together eggs, oil and vanilla essence and blend with the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Bake in a round tin for 1 hour.
