Step 1
Combine hash browns and garlic in slow cooker
Step 2
Pour sour cream, flour, nutmeg and pepper into a large bowl and whisk. Stir in stock.
Step 3
Pour into the slow cooker and stir to combine; cover and cook on low until hot, 6-8 hours.
Step 4
Add broccoli and 3 cups cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes longer.
Step 5
Serve with green onions and remaining 1 cup cheese (and baked potatoes and bacon, if desired).
