Cabbage with Caraway & Bacon

Shredded cabbage is sautéed in oil until tender, then seasoned with caraway seeds, cider vinegar, salt and pepper, and topped with crumbled crisp bacon for a warm, savory side dish.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook bacon till crisp; drain on paper towels.
Step 2
In a large skillet with a cover, heat oil. Add cabbage; toss to coat with oil. Cover, reduce heat, cook till tender, stirring occasionally (10–15 min.).
Step 3
Sprinkle over caraway seeds, vinegar, and salt & pepper; toss.
Step 4
Crumble bacon over and serve.
