Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 240°C. (230°C)
Step 2
In a bowl, mix cream cheese + sugar(140-160g) until smooth.

Add vanilla + matcha, mix until fully incorporated (no lumps).

Add cornstarch, mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.

Pour in whipping cream, mix until smooth and silky.

Line a 6-inch pan with baking paper (let it rise above the edges).

Pour batter in and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.

Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 10
Top should be dark brown / slightly burnt.

Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
