Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix peppers, oil, salt, and chicken cube with beef.
Step 3
After mixing, keep in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Soak the skewer stick in water to clean.
Step 4
After marinating, put 4-6 pieces of beef on each stick.
Step 5
Pour suya spice on each stick, and grill, flip it every 10 minutes and pour more suya spice. Then wait 10 minutes more before taking it out.
Step 6
After this, the suya is ready to be served.
