Houston’s Restaurant was one of my favorite restaurants but the only location is pretty far from my house so I decided to try my take on their Hawaiian ribeye.

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add the ribeyes and pour the marinade on top. Cover and place in fridge preferably overnight.
Step 3
Once you are ready to grill, allow the steak to come to room temperature. About 20 mins.
Step 4
Heat grill to high and grill steaks for 5 minutes. Flip and continue to grill for 5 minutes for medium doneness. Allow the steaks to rest for five minutes. Serve with a loaded baked potato and creamed spinach.
