Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix gelatine + cold water. Let sit 2–3 minutes
Step 2
Microwave 10 seconds until melted (or heat gently). Let it cool for 2 minutes (should be liquid but not hot).
Step 3
In a bowl, add: cream icing sugar milk powder condensed milk clear vanilla essence pinch of salt
Step 4
Whip on medium-high until thick and fluffy.
Step 5
While whipping, slowly drizzle in gelatine.
Step 6
Beat another 10–20 seconds until it holds peaks.
Step 7
Put it in a container and freeze for 1–2 hours, then stir once, then freeze again.
