Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13” baking dish with butter.

2. In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper until warm—do not boil.
Step 3
3. Layer half the potatoes in the dish. Pour half the cream mixture over and sprinkle with half the cheeses.
Step 4
4. Repeat with remaining potatoes, cream, and cheeses.
Step 5
5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins. Remove foil and bake another 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden on top.
Step 6
6. Let rest 10 mins before serving.
