Instructions

Step 1
In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.

Pour in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined and no dry lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.
