Step 1
Add the banana into a microwave safe mug and mix it well with a fork
Step 2
Add in the peanut butter,rolled oats, and milk. Mix them well
Step 3
Add the honey and baking powder
Step 4
Put it in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds ( If the top is wet and shiny, add an extra 20 seconds).
Step 5
Let it cool for a minute or two and enjoy!
