Best to sift the rest
Mix them and make a hole in the middle
In a cup add coffee and boiling water
Add coffee to the batter
Now for the Frosting
On a medium heat pan, don't let it boil, cut the chocolate once done cooking add the chocolate it will melt itself
In a different bowl wip the heavy cream
Instructions
Step 1
Add sugar and sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Step 2
To make the texture better make a hole in that powder and add the eggs Milk and oil and mix from inside out
Step 3
Add coffee and vanilla, and toss them into 2 9 inch trays and bake it
Step 4
On medium heat add a pan or whatever and add the yolks sugar and cream and DON'T LET IT BOIL
Step 5
In another bowl add the cream and sugar and wip them for a couple of minutes
Step 6
Add both the Frosting together and mix
Step 7
Add the Frosting in the first layer of the cake and add the second layer and cover it with the Frosting
