Instructions

Step 1
1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. 2. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. 3. In a third shallow dish, mix the panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, and paprika. 4. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with the panko mixture. Press gently to ensure the coating sticks. 5. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). 6. Fry the shrimp in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. 7. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. 8. Serve hot with lemon wedges
