¼ cuphot sauce
2 teaspoonground black pepper
1 ¾ cupssharp cheddar

Vegetable oil

5 ½ cupsmayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Have oil heated to 350 degrees F.

Pick the meat from the chicken and discard

the skin. Place the chicken in a large bowl

scallions, and toss to combine. Roll the chicken into
