Peach Rose Slushy
All you need is a blender to pull off this fruity frozen sipper.

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl stir together peaches and sugar. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes for peaches to release juices.
Step 2
Transfer peaches and their juices to a blender. Cover and blend until completely smooth. With blender running, stream in rosé and lemon juice through lid.
Step 3
Transfer the rosé mixture to a 13x9-inch freezer-safe baking dish or food-storage container; cover. Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Make it NA: For a nonalcoholic version, substitute 3 1/2 cups lemonade or limeade for the rosé.
Step 5
Break the frozen mixture into pieces; add to blender. Cover and blend, pausing to agitate mixture as needed, until slushy, 2 to 3 minutes. If necessary for easier blending, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to blender. Spoon slushy into glasses and, if you like, garnish with raspberries and/or peach slices.
