vanilla, unflavored, or cookies & cream, choose one that mixes smoothly
100gmixed berries
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fresh or frozen/thawed
20glow-sugar granola
or crushed protein cereal / oats for crunch, look for high-protein options
10galmond butter
or peanut butter, natural, no added sugar
5gchia seeds
or ground flax, extra fiber/protein
Cinnamon
or a few drops of liquid stevia/honey
vanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Protein yogurt base: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the whey protein powder until completely smooth and lump-free. Add cinnamon/vanilla/stevia if desired.

2. Layer it up (in a jar, glass, or meal-prep container):

• Bottom: A layer of protein yogurt (~⅓ of the mix)

• Berries + a drizzle of almond butter
Step 5
• Another yogurt layer
Step 6
• Granola/cereal crunch
Step 7
• Repeat layers, finishing with berries, a final yogurt dollop, more crunch, and a nut butter swirl on top.
Step 8
3. Chill & enjoy: Eat immediately or seal and refrigerate (best within 24–48 hours to keep crunch). For meal prep, keep granola separate and add just before eating.
