Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate.
Step 2
Stir through the choc chips or push square of chocolate or choc chips into the centre after placing into a ramekin or mug.
Step 3
Divideinto 2 mugs or ramekins
Step 4
Bake on 180° for 12 to 15 mins or once firm to the touch. Melted choc may make it sink in the middle. Top with Protein yoghurt or nuts & maple.
