Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the egg, yoghurt, milk, butter and vanilla together in a bowl.
Step 2
Fold in the flour, protein powder, sweetener and baking powder until just combined.
Step 3
Place diced apple in a bowl with cinnamon and toss to coat. Fold the apple into the cake mixture, then pour into a lined baking tin.
Step 4
Mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients together, dollop over the cake and use a knife to swirl into the batter.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 35 mins or until a skewer comes out with just a few crumbs.
Step 6
While the cake is warm, mix the glaze ingredients together until smooth & drizzle over the cake. Allow the glaze to set for 15-20 mins. Cut into 9 slices.
