Instructions

Step 1
Chop the cold beef: Take your 1 cup of completely cold, pre-cooked ground beef. Use a sharp knife to chop it down even further until it forms tiny, ultra-soft confetti bits. The smaller the pieces, the smoother and more melt-in-your-mouth the final bowl will be.
Step 2
Whip the Salisbury cream: In a medium dinner bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons of softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of Hellmann's mayo, 1/2 teaspoon of dry Better Than Bouillon beef paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Use a fork to vigorously mash and whip everything together until the brown bouillon paste fully dissolves into the dairy, creating a rich, uniform, savory tan cream.
Step 3
Fold in the beef: Dump your finely chopped cold ground beef confetti directly into the bowl with the Salisbury cream. Use a spoon to stir everything together until every single grain of beef is heavily blanketed in the rich sauce.
Step 4
Serve: Divide the mixture evenly into two small dinner bowls. Eat it straight out of the bowl with a spoon, or scoop it up using your soft buttery round crackers.
