Instructions

For the dough

Step 1
Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl.

Pour the lukewarm water into another bowl. Add the yeast and sugar, then let them sit in the water for 10 mins.

Add the mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients, then mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes by hand (or 3 minutes with a stand mixer) until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Rub olive oil into the bowl, cover it, and let the dough rise in a warm place for 90 mins until it doubles in size.

Gently deflate the dough and shape it into one smooth dough ball. Then prepare your plate by rubbing olive oil on it and stretch your dough. Let the dough rest for another 15 mins.

For the garlic butter

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Let it rest for 10 to 15 mins to allow the flavors to blend.

Topping

Prick the dough all over with a fork and spread the garlic butter on it

Add the cheese. Slice the olives and add them on top.

Cooking

Preheat the microwave oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. Then put the pizza in it for 12 mins at 200°C using the convection settings.

Switch for the grill settings amd cook for another 2 mins.
