Instructions

Step 1
You need to rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Put it in a pot or rice cooker and add water so that it is 1.5 cm above the rice. After the rice is cooked, stir in a mixture of warm vinegar mixed with cane sugar. Let the rice cool down a bit. Once it has cooled down, make sure that you always have wet hands when filling the sushi seaweed, otherwise the rice will stick to you. Fill it with things you like ( like cream cheese, salmon, avocado and cucumber), wrap it and let it cool in the fridge. Serve with soy sauce.
