Put in a microwave safe bowl and gently mix together

Add the milk. You can substitute with water. Mix together.

Cover and microwave for 1,5 to 2 minutes.

Mix again well. Cover it up again and microwave for 30 secondes.

If it's not mochified yet (sticky and together), repeat this last step until it's mochi.

Use ample starch. Corn or potato flour. Probably others will work too. Put small portions in batches on there. Make your hands starchy and roll the mochi into balls. Pinch together to make a taught ball. Wipe off extra starch before eating. Itadakimasu! Recommend to have with tea.
