Snickers-Style Chocolate Apple Pops
1 step
Prep:50min
Thick slices of crisp apple on a stick, dipped in dark chocolate, drizzled with date caramel and chopped peanuts. All the candy-apple vibe, none of the awkward huge bite. Crunchy, salty, chocolatey, and way easier to eat. Perfect fall snack that stores great in the fridge.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Prep apples: Slice apples horizontally into 1.5cm thick rounds. Pat BOTH sides completely dry with paper towel - this is key or chocolate won't stick. Insert a stick into the bottom of each slice.
2. Melt chocolate: Melt chocolate + coconut oil in a bowl over simmering water or in 30-sec bursts in microwave. Stir smooth.
3. Dip: Dip each apple slice, use a spoon to coat fully. Let excess drip off. Place on parchment-lined tray.
4. Date caramel: Drain dates, blend in a small blender with 3 tbsp soaking water, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until thick and smooth. Add more water if needed. Transfer to a small squeeze bottle or ziplock bag.
5. Top: Drizzle caramel over chocolate, sprinkle peanuts and a tiny pinch of flaky salt while chocolate is still wet.
6. Set: Fridge for 20-30 mins until chocolate is set.
