Instructions
In a bowl-banana
Step 1
Mash bananas
Separate Bowl-Dry
Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients
Separate Bowl-Wet
Step 3
Soften butter. I do microwave for twenty - thirty seconds stopping it every five seconds so I don't get a microwave full of butter
Step 4
Beat butter and both sugars for 2-3mins. Adding eggs one at a time beating both into mixture. Add vanilla if wanted
Combine
Step 5
Put a third of the dry ingredients into the Cream mixture and half of the bananas. Beat on low till incorporated. Then add the rest of the ingredients in increments until there's no more flour left. Don't over mix.
Step 6
Add whatever extras. Chocolate chips, Walnuts, even more vanilla (yum)
Save some for toppings
Bake
Step 7
Grease pan and place mixture. Top with any extra walnuts or chocolate chips
Step 8
Bake at 350° for 40-45mins
Step 9
Check doneness. I use a wooden chopstick from the Chinese takeout restaurant that keeps giving me them despite me saying that I don't need them because have my own at home so now I have a drawer full of em. Stab the bread in the center. If it's wet when you pull it out, put the bread back in and check back in like five minutes. Do it again til it's dry
Step 10
Take it out the pan and let rest for like twenty minutes so It doesn't crumble on you like it has many times on me because I just couldn't wait. I place it on my cutting board on its side so the bottom doesn't get too moist
