If you love the chick-fil-a breakfast bowls, I hope you’ll enjoy my semi-homemade take on them for meal prepping. For the record, since ingredients won’t let me add specific brands (or I don’t know how to) I will list them here: -Member’s Mark Southern Style Chicken Bites -Ore Ida Golden Crispy Rounds This recipe made about 5 containers worth.

Instructions

Step 1
Air fry or bake your chicken pieces and crispy hashbrown rounds according to the package instructions. Set aside.

Step 2
For the scrambled eggs, preheat oven to 350 F. Then melt the 1/4 c of unsalted butter and combine with 10 eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper as well. Whisk thoroughly by hand or using an hand or stand mixer. While whisking, pour in 1 cup of milk to add it. Whisk until fluffy. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray or additional butter then pour in scrambled egg mixture. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring up the eggs after about 10 minutes. Make sure eggs are cooked to liking adding more tjme if necessary.

Combine eggs, about 5 pieces of chicken and 5-6 hashbrown rounds to meal prep containers. If desired, sprinkle more cheese on top.
Step 4
To reheat, microwave for 2 minutes or until food is warmed through completely depending on your microwave.
