Instructions
Step 1
1 tbsp cornstarch mix with 100 ml milk
Step 2
900ml milk boil under low heat
Step 3
stir in cornstarch slurry
Step 4
Cook that for 10 minutes stirring
Step 5
Chop chocolate. Mix in sugar and water and microwave it for 15 seconds to melt
Step 6
Combine with the milk and whisk it until it's frothy
