Instructions

Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a large stock pot. Add diced onion and garlic, and saute until onion is translucent.
Step 2
Put all wet ingredients in large stock pot and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Add mushrooms, sugar, and spices to taste.
Step 4
Simmer at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
