Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius Seperate the room temperature egg whites from the yolks.
Seive the flour.
Mix dry ingredients, yolks, oil and water together.
Beat egg whites until fluffy and peaks form.
Fold whipped egg whites into the mixture.
Line a large tray with baking paper 30cm diameter
Pour mixture into tray
Bake for 50 minutes (for a moist cake which is how I prefer it when testing the cake with a skewer you wants it come out semi wet/dirty or if you prefer it a bit drier a clean skewer after testing).
