Step 1

1. Mix together cheeses, salmon, lemon juice and parsley.

2. Brush a sheet of filo pastry with butter, fold in half lengthways, brush with butter.

3. Place a spoonful of filling in corner of pastry and fold over repeatedly to make a triangle.
Step 4
4. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
Step 5
5. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Step 6
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) Mark 6 for 10 min.
Step 7
7. Serve hot. Keep filo pastry covered to prevent it from drying out and breaking up.
