Instructions
Step 1
Using a large skillet over low-medium heat, drizzle olive oil and cook onion and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add ground beef to the skillet and increase heat to medium-high. Let meat brown, stirring and breaking into pieces.
Step 3
Once the meat is cooked, add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 4
Bring to a simmer and lower the heat. Let simmer while buns toast.
Step 5
Serve sloppy joes on toasted buns with chips, baked beans, a side salad, your favorite veggies, or whatever else you have on hand.
