These are always a huge hit and disappear quickly! You can use 12-14” tortillas, whichever size you can find easily. They are great to make the night before.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch, parsley, and chicken in a bowl with a spatula or hand mixer.
Step 2
Evenly spread 1/3 of the filling over each tortilla , all the way to the edges. Add the spinach leaves over the filling on each tortilla. Tightly roll each tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight)
Step 3
Unwrap from the plastic wrap and cut into slices. I find a seraded knife works best, cutting slowly.
Step 4
Makes about 26, it depends on the size of the tortilla and how thinly they’re cut
