Melt butter in microwave
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients and stir
Step 3
Fill injector with butter mixture
Step 4
Inject bird in several areas saving about 1/4 cup of injection to pour over turkey
Step 5
Insert bird into cooking bag and seal with twist tie
Step 6
Cut a few small slots in top of bag
Step 7
Let turkey sit in fridge for several hours
Step 8
Cook at 350 for 12 minutes per lb
Step 9
Once bird reaches 165 on meat thermometer remove from oven and open bag
Step 10
Allow to rest 10-15 minutes; save drippings for gravy
