Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut garlic in halves. Put garlic aside
Step 2
Add cooking oil to frypan
Step 3
Add diced onion to frypan, cook until browned
Step 4
Add garlic and chopped chilli to frypan, cook until lightly browned
Step 5
Add honey, soy sauce, water and sake to frypan. Render liquid down until caramelized and thick
Step 6
Add sesame seed and mix well.
Step 7
Serve as side dish, spread or topping!
