The Brownie
3eggs
300gsoft brown sugar
75gflour
50gcocoa powder
200gsalted butter
200gdark chocolate
for melting
200gdark chocolate
for chopping
The Cookie
Instructions
The Brownie
Step 1
Cream together the sugar and eggs and add the flour and cocoa powder and mix
Step 2
Melt the butter and 200g dark chocolate in the microwave, mixing after every 30 seconds
Step 3
Pour this into the mix and combine
Step 4
Chop 200g dark chocolate into small shards and add this into the brownie mix
Step 5
Grease and line a 20 x 30cm baking tray with greaseproof paper and tip the brownie mix in

Soften the butter and add the sugar and egg and thoroughly mix
Step 7
Add the flour and combine

Bash the mini eggs inside the bags to roughly break up then mix these into the cookie dough
Step 9
Split the cookie dough into various sized chunks around the size of ping pong balls and press these into the brownie mix with gaps in between

Bake the cookie brownies for 25 minutes at 200C
Step 11
Take out the oven and allow to cool before double tipping out, first upside down onto one cutting board then flip it the correct way using another

Slice into desired brownie sized and enjoy!
