This type of Brookies is a little trickier to make due to the mixes but if you try hard enough it will work. I have finished making these and there are 3 left!

Instructions

For the cookie dough

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 fan/Gas mark 4/350 °F then put the butter in a heatproof bowl and microwave till melted

Step 2
Get a small bowl then mix the sugars and melted butter together.
Step 3
Beat egg and vanilla with the mix
Step 4
I’m another bowl mix the dry ingredients(flour and baking powder) together and fold into the wet ingredients.
Step 5
Mix until combined (if it’s a bit runny don’t worry)
