Whipped Honey Butter
4 steps
Prep:1hCook:5min
Super easy 3-ingredient cinnamon, whipped honey-butter. This is a perfect fall project and honestly couldn't be any easier to make. It really goes great on so many things but I ultimately ended up making this to pair with a skillet cornbread. You can also get creative with different varieties of honey or seasonings like pumpkin spice!

Instructions
Step 1
To me, the most important part of this recipe is making sure the butter is completely softened but not melted before you mix everything together. I do not advise using a microwave to achieve this...take the time to let it sit out at room temperature until it is completely softened
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until the mixture comes together as smooth and fluffy.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer will simplify your life greatly but it is achievable by hand
Step 4
Best served at room temperature but for longest shelflife make sure to store it in the fridge to prevent the risk of the butter going rancid
