Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 160C, grease and lint 10x30cm bread tin with baking paper
Step 2
Place flaxseeds in TC bowl, mill for 10sec, speed 9
Step 3
Add vanilla extract, coconut cream and water, mix for 10sec, speed 4
Step 4
Add baking powder, shredded coconut, sugar and flour, mix 30sec, reverse speed 4
Step 5
Add bananas, mix for 45sec, reverse speed 3
Step 6
Pour mixture into lined tin and bake for 45mins. Cover with foil and cook for another 45mins.
Step 7
Cool for 30mins then remove from tin
