Instructions

Step 1
3 1/4 cups All purpose flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour 1 cup of bread flour
Step 2
1 1/2 tbls of yeast
Step 3
1 1/2 tsp salt
Step 4
4 tbls sugar
Step 5
1 1/2 tbls oil
Step 6
2 - 2 1/4 c warm water
Step 7
Mix dry ingredients while water is warming then add oil and water.
Step 8
Mix 1 min checking consistently, add more water if needed but sparingly. Beat until ingredients are mixed and let it rest for 5 mins.
Step 9
Beat with a dough hook for 5 min on low speed, then take out divide in 2. Form loaves, stretching the skin and sealing the seam.
Step 10
Rise for 25 min in glass bread pans coated with butter. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
