Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt and butter. Mix very well
Step 2
Beat together eggs and milk, add to flour to form a soft dough.
Step 3
Knead for 10 minutes then cover and allow to rise 30 minutes.
Step 4
Divide dough into 4 portions, Roll out each portion into a 25cm round
Step 5
Place a sheet of wax paper on a large oven tray, place a round roti onto the paper.
Step 6
Spread 1 tblsp of nutella on roti, place another roti on top and spread with 1 tblsp of nutella.
Continue the same until you have stacked all four rotis
Step 7
Place tray in freezer for 10 min. Place a glass on the centre of dough and cut into 16 slices leaving 5cm attached at the centre . Pick one section, twist it three times. Pick up another section and twist it in the opposite direction 3 times. Continue with all the sections, then pinch together every two sections
Step 8
Brush with milk and bake in a 180 degree.
