Making the caramel

Mix sugar and water in pan On medium low flame heat the mixture for about 4-5 until it turns brown Pour into the pudding pan

Bring the milk to boil

Whisk eggs and add sugar to the mix Add milk, vanilla and salt Strain the mixture 2-3 times
