Instructions
Making the caramel
Step 1
Mix sugar and water in pan
On medium low flame heat the mixture for about 4-5 until it turns brown
Pour into the pudding pan

Bring the milk to boil
Step 3
Whisk eggs and add sugar to the mix
Add milk, vanilla and salt
Strain the mixture 2-3 times
Step 4
Pour into the pudding pan with caramel
Step 5
Boiling
Step 6
Place hand paper towels in the pot and pour 3.5 cups of boiling water
Cover the pudding pan with aluminium foil and place it in the pot , cover with lid
Boil for 15 to 20 mins
Remove from heat and let it cool
Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs to set
