Lemon Cream Fruit Cake

Instructions

Step 1
Beat egg whites to form a snow
Step 2
Add egg yolks and sugar and beat
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients and combine
Step 4
Line/ spray 3 9” round pans and divide batter evenly between them
Step 5
Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes
Step 6
Remove cakes from pans and allow to cool
Step 7
Beat whipped topping until peaks form and add instant vanilla pudding and combine
Step 8
Smear lemon cream on one cake and whipped on a second one and place the whip side facing down onto the lemon cream
Step 9
Repeat with the next layer and third cake
Step 10
Decorate with whip and top with fruits as desired
