Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven at 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Cut your potato in very thin slices.
Step 3
Transfer potato slices in a bowl and add olive oil, chilli flakes, cumin, corn starch, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Mix them good together and put them on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake the potato chips for 25min.
