Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven at 200°C.
Step 2
Wash your potatoes and let them soak for 30min.
Step 3
Now cut them in halves and put the potato halves between two chop sticks. Cut thin slices with a knife one after the other till your knife arrives at the chop sticks.
Step 4
Lay out a baking paper on a baking tray and spread grated Parmesan all over it.
Step 5
Mix in a small bowl olive oil with salt and pepper and add two garlic gloves to it.
Step 6
Add your riffled potato halves on the baking tray with Parmesan cheese and cover them with olive oil.
Step 7
Add some rosemary and bake them for 40min.
