Step 1
Add dried cranberries, orange peel, whole cinnamon stick, star anise, whole clove, vanilla and 1/2 cup brown sugar to a 64 oz mason jar.
Step 2
Pour two bottles of wine and 3/4 cup bourbon into the mason jar, covering the fruits and spices.
Step 3
Let infuse for 12 - 48 hours in the fridge. After the infusion strain the wine into a large pot and add 1/2 cup of bourbon and 1 cup brown sugar or honey. Warm the mulled wine and serve.
